Já passou mais de um mês que não faço uma prova, vou no domingo estriar-me este ano no cross da Laminha, com o que tem chovido é quase uma prova de natação.
Vamos ver como estou, tenho treinado muito pouco os joelhos não tem deixado.
Desde a Maratona de Lisboa tem sido só descanso treino dois dias descanso três e nem assim os joelhos me dão descanso.
Mas como a Maratona de Badajoz já só faltam 15 dias tenho que começar a forçar o andamento,
já estou inscrito vou fazer companhia ao Pedro Basso.
